Q: Can we get a swatch of the fabric for dining chairs?
A: Sorry, we do not stock fabric yardage for our dining room chairs.

Q: What are the construction details of the various upholstery pieces?
A: Kiln dried hardwood frames/parts, hand carving integral to the frame, 8-way hand tied seat spring construction, sinuous wire back construction, Feather blend cushions, Feather/down pillows, Fully padded exterior, Fully lined/interlined skirt.

Q: What is your company procedure for returns, donations and replacements?
A: • For all returns/exchanges, please see our warranty page.
• For all donations or defective merchandise, please notify your sales representative, so that they can submit all required photos, serial #'s, and the MCIR form to process the claim. Once an item is approved by AICO®, the receiving company must submit the original donation slip made out to AICO®, by mail, and the Invoice for the replacement item will be credited. If we do not receive this information the customer needs to pay the invoice in full.

A: Please Contact Us that you would like to be set up as a dealer, and include your store name, and address. We can then put you in contact with your local sales representative who will assist you with all of your needs.
